I don't think that would be too terribly complicated to make (although C# is not something I'm familiar with), but I wonder why you would want to. Such things already exist, and unless you want to re-invent the wheel for some reason (which might be OK if it's just for fun), you might as well just use something that someone else has already created. I would suggest taking a look on Sourceforge.
My question: Does this sound like something very difficult to do:
Make a program that would monitor how much internet bandwidth is being used from my computer. I want to be able to see how much has been downloaded in a certain amount of time.
So, you tell me: Am I in over my head? If not, can you steer me in the right general direction? Thanks, bye, Bleh! :3
