It's taken me a while to get a proper message out to those of you, but I'll explain below:
By now, you'll all have noticed that global radiation is at maximum due to the "Karma" vs "Hegemony" war. Naturally, this affects the amount that you're collecting, meaning that some of you are harder-hit than others.
As such, we've created a new "Intra-Alliance Requests" forum, so that you can feel a bit better about requesting aid from us, as well as reaching more people with less effort. It'll also give people an idea of turnover time, who is more in need, etc.
Note that making an account here is not a requirement of being a member of LXXQTJMN, but it does help. We're committed to finding a balance between keeping a community and taking a hands-off approach, so we're providing this one purely as an option that may benefit some of you. Members can (and have always been able to) choose their level of participation, from casual player, to forum regular, to IRC regular, to alliance diplomat*, and everything in-between.
So why did this take so long? Frankly, our forums were in quite a mess from changes to the codebase. Since we write our own website, we create our own bugs, meaning that I'll have to be pretty creative to find a way to blame Stewie for this, but they should be usable now. You'll need to report bugs you may come across, though.
But in summary, for those of you in need of aid during this mini-crisis and beyond, drop a thread including your nation link or ruler name, the amount you're collecting per day, your bills per day, and the urgency. We're not picky on a specific format, but include all the information in an easy-to-read fashion.
*Alliance diplomat is a relatively new position for us to interact with other alliances in the game. For those interested, an IRC presence is required, there are no incentives to becoming a diplomat besides the fun of interacting with other alliances within the game.
